General conditions of LuxuryRoom
- All flats are mixed. It is possible to live in them for every person who is willing to follow our coexistence rules.
- Thus, for example, the room will be for individual use -except visits-, with specific use for living, at the same time that animals will not be allowed. Also, the rules of the community and good neighborliness must be respected.
- The tenant agrees not to introduce toxic or flammable materials, and neither dangerous mechanisms for the furniture. The tenant is responsible for the damages that the breach of this rule could cause.
- Estancia mínima de 6 meses.
Economic conditions of LuxuryRoom
- Students: If you do not work, we need the endorsement of someone relative who works (national or international)
- Workers: Minimun wage of 1.000€. If not, we need the endorsement of someone relative who works and earns a mimimun of 1.000€ per month.
- Our offices timetable is from 8:30 to 17:30 monday to friday, except festive days
- If the entry or exit is before or after the opening hours and days of the offices, a surcharge of €40 will be charged.
- At the time of deliverying the keys, in concept of cleaning and desinfection (Ozone), a payment of 50€ will be made.
- Tanto la fianza (400€), como el pago del alquiler, serán por adelantado.
